Appointment Reminders / Messenger Services

MJog Messenger Services

MJog Messenger Services and Text Reminders

Since December 2015, the practice has been offering a text reminder service to those patients who provide us with a mobile phone number. The service allows patients to cancel appointments by replying via text, and also respond to Friends and Family Test feedback questionnaires.

From June 2017 we upgraded to the new MJog Messenger service; we will keep the text reminders but also offer an 'app' service to those patients with smartphones. Notifications will appear on your app and advise of up-coming appointments, allow you to cancel appointments you can't make directly through the app, and provide more information about the surgery and your health - all through your phone's 3G / 4G connection or Wi-Fi!

To download the app for your phone, click on the appropriate button below.

If you would like to use the Messenger Service please download the leaflet below, complete the consent section and return to Reception.
