Youth Emotional Support (YES) Service
YES Caseworker Based Here: Louise
Are you between the ages of 8 and 17 and struggling with your emotional wellbeing? You can now book a drop-in appointment to speak with our Youth Emotional Support (YES) Caseworker.
How do I book an appointment?
Parents, carers, or young people can speak to the reception team, who will be happy to assist with booking an appointment.
What will happen during the appointment?
The appointment will last up to 45 minutes and will include an assessment of your current mental and emotional wellbeing. The YES Caseworker may provide self-help resources, offer additional psychoeducation sessions to help you work through your struggles, or refer you to specialist support.
I'm already on a waiting list for support - can I still book?
Absolutely! We’re keen to offer check-in support for anyone currently waiting for help from YES or another specialist service.
