Gender: Female
Sally joined the ambulance service in 1997, completing her paramedic training in Manchester in 2000, whilst working for Greater Manchester Ambulance Service.
After a short career break to go travelling, Sally then moved to Sussex to work as a Paramedic in Brighton. In 2005 she completed her Specialist Paramedic / Paramedic Practitioner training, with a particular focus on the unscheduled urgent care needs of the community. This was consolidated with time and experience within a GP practice.
During her time working for South East Coast Ambulance Service Sally has been heavily involved in the education and development of all grades of staff, with a special interest in the new and innovative role of the Specialist Paramedic.
Outside of work, Sally is a mum of two and enjoys being outdoors, cycling and a member of her local rowing club.
Sally works Monday to Thursday.
